Our Story
From One Squeegee to
Northern Nevada's Best
In 2009, James Peterson bought a single professional squeegee, filled a bucket with soapy water, and knocked on doors in Reno's Old Southwest neighborhood. His first job: cleaning windows for a local real estate office that needed to look sharp for showings. They paid him $120. He reinvested every dollar into better equipment.
That agent told two colleagues. Those colleagues told their friends. Within two years, James had hired his first technician and bought his first water-fed pole system. By 2015, JVP LLC had 12 employees and a fleet of branded vans serving the entire Northern Nevada corridor.
Today, we are a team of 25+ skilled technicians — all background-checked, trained, and insured — united by a single mission: deliver window cleaning so good that our clients cannot stop talking about it.
We have cleaned over 10,000 homes across Northern Nevada, from modest single-story ranches to multi-level estates. But we still treat every job like it is our first — with the same care, urgency, and pride.

Founded in Reno
James Peterson launched JVP LLC with a single squeegee and a pickup truck. The first job: cleaning windows for a small real estate office in downtown Reno to help them look sharp for showings.
First Commercial Contracts
Signed recurring contracts with three local property management companies. This proved residential window cleaning could scale into a reliable, year-round business.
Team Grows to 12
Hired our first dedicated technicians and invested in pure water-fed pole systems. Expanded from solo operator to a professional crew serving all of Northern Nevada.
Regional Expansion
Began serving the entire Northern Nevada corridor including Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Incline Village, and the Lake Tahoe communities with dedicated route scheduling.
10,000th Home Milestone
Cleaned our 10,000th home — a quarterly maintenance client in Midtown Reno who had been with us since 2015. A testament to loyalty and consistent quality.
Northern Nevada's Best
Named 'Best Residential Window Cleaning Service in Northern Nevada' by local community vote. Launched our eco-friendly pure water initiative using zero chemicals.
